A coating film transfer tool enables a stable transcription to be carried out by a load adjusting mechanism adjusting a load for preventing a supply bobbin from easily rotating. A coating film transfer tool comprises a supply bobbin(21), a transfer head(24), a winding bobbin(22), a rotation transmitting mechanism, a transfer part-housing case, and a load adjusting mechanism. A transfer tape that is not used is wound on the supply bobbin. The transfer head pressurizes a coating film on the transfer tape against a transfer directing body to transfer the coating film on the transfer tape onto the transfer directing body. The winding bobbin includes a winding gear(35) for winding the used transfer tape. The rotation transmitting mechanism transmits rotation of the supply bobbin to the winding bobbin and controls rotation of the winding bobbin. The transfer part-housing case maintains respective members consisting of a first transfer part cover(26) and a second transfer part cover(27). The load adjusting mechanism adjusts a load such that the supply bobbin is not easily rotated.
