摘要 An atmospheric powerless nuclear material measuring device of a high radiation environment is provided to perform the inspection on the field without a special sensor and a separate vacuum unit. An atmospheric powerless nuclear material measuring device of a high radiation environment comprises a sensor unit(100), an amplifier(200), a signal processing unit and a controller(300). The sensor unit includes: an ion incidence window in which the alpha ray is income; a semiconductor sensor converting the alpha ray incoming through the ion incidence window into an electric signal; and a vacuum supporting structure sealing the space between the semiconductor sensor and the ion incidence window hermetically to maintain the vacuum condition. The amplifier amplifies the output signal of the sensor unit. The signal processing unit and the controller calculate the intensity and frequency of the output signal of the amplifier.
