An independent type rotary pulverizer is provided to improve the digestibility of pulverized materials from about 60% to at least 80% and reduce the pulverizing time as much as 40% by efficiently pulverizing animal bones, food, wood and others into fine particles. An independent type rotary pulverizer comprises: a first screw which plays a role of transferring materials to be pulverized and pulverized materials to inject the materials to be pulverized into the pulverizer and discharge the pulverized materials to the outside of the pulverizer; and a second screw for cutting the injected materials to be pulverized. The first screw is connected to a four-inch pulley of a 10:1 reduction gear, and the second screw is connected to a six-inch pulley to increase or decrease a knife rotating speed as much as twice with respect to the screw rotating speed, prevent the generation of overload phenomena of existing pulverizers, and prevent the discharge part from being separated or damaged.
