A functional opening and closing device for controlling air pressure of a sealed structure is provided to block external impurity without using any additional filters by forming an opening and closing plate element with a filter to cover the entire surface of a path, thereby controlling air pressure conveniently with high sealing effect. A functional opening and closing device for controlling air pressure of a sealed structure includes an opening/closing tubular element mounted between an inner tubular body(150) and an inner grill(100). An opening/closing tubular body case has a blade(130) at a periphery and a curtain(140) inserted into the inner tubular body. Front and rear opening/closing plate elements(190) open or close a path defined in the opening/closing tubular body case respectively forward and backward, and have net structures(180) not to be overlapped by each other for passing air.
