A waterproof coating layer of a concrete structure having a unit sheet and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent the waterproof layer from being damaged by tension load, compression load and shearing load. A waterproof coating layer of a concrete structure having a unit sheet is composed of an adhesive solution layer(20) coated on the surface-treated concrete structure(10), a one-way unit sheet layer(40), an upper waterproof coating layer(70) coated on the concrete structure including the one-way unit sheet layer, a lower waterproofing coating layer formed between the adhesive solution layer and the one-way unit sheet layer, a two-way unit sheet layer, an intermediate waterproof coating layer formed between the one-way unit sheet layer and the two-way unit sheet layer, an insulating film layer(80), and a protection layer(90). |
