A printer section (100) is provided with a printing head for ejecting an ink to a packaging film (1), and a drying heater (40) for blowing warm air for drying the ink adhered on the packaging film (1) after printing. The drying heater (40) is provided with an encoder (20), which has a first opening/closing member (47B) and a second opening/closing member (48B) capable of changing the quantity of the warm air to be blown to the packaging film (1), and detects the transfer speed of the packaging film (1) at a position to which the warm air is blown. The drying heater is also provided with a control section (64) for controlling the first opening/closing member (47B) and the second opening/closing member (48B) corresponding to the transfer speed of the packaging film (1) detected by the encoder (20).
