A device for measuring displacement of underground is provided to supply the exact displacement information by measuring the displacement in three dimensions. A device for measuring displacement of underground comprises: a sensor pipe(10); a ring-shaped joint(20) connecting the sensor pipes with a joining section so that the angle change is possible; a subsidence measurement sensor(51) formed on an upper part side sensor pipe among a plurality of sensor pipes; and a subsidence recorder(50) including a reference sensor on the ground. The sensor pipe is consisting of a pipe(11) in which a hollow is formed; a connector(12) combined to a top and bottom end part of the pipe; and a pair of warning sensors measuring the displacement of a Y-axis and an X-axis inserted into the connector.
