A drive system and a tremble compensating device adopting the same are provided to perform non-contact type driving by using a coil and permanent magnet. A drive system comprises a fixed board(110), a coil part, a magnet part, and plural driving parts(120,130). The coil part generates electromagnetic force when currents are applied. The magnet part is arranged to face the coil part on the fixed board. The driving parts are connected to each other on the fixed board. When the current are applied to the coil part, the driving parts respectively perform displacement in a direction, parallel to the surface of the fixed board, by interaction between the magnetic force of the magnet part and the electromagnetic force.
