An installation for the bottom of an underground parking lot of a building is provided to inform visually when a vehicle approaches the exact location when parking a vehicle in a parking lot, and to protect a vehicle by projecting a blocking plate from the front of a vehicle when a vehicle enters safely in a parking line. An installation for the bottom of an underground parking lot of a building comprises a parking block main body provided with two fixing portions to be fixed within a parking line, a moving body provided with two projections to be suspended on the hanging projections of the parking block main body and touch members(18) to operate sensors(15) of the parking block main body and inserted through an upper opening of the parking block main body to be supported elastically, a spring supporting the moving body elastically by fixing one end to a spring fixing projection of the parking block main body and inserting the other end to a groove(20) of the moving body, a cover bolted to the top of the parking block main body to seal up the upper opening of the parking block main body, a green warning light(30) installed to a wall of a parking lot to be operated when two sensors are operated by the touch members, a red warning light installed to a wall of a parking lot to be operated when one sensor is operated, and a vehicle protection portion(40) operated under the condition of the warning light switched on and buried in the front of the parking line to move upward when the green warning light is on to protect the front of the vehicle.
