A reading stand is provided, which enables to conveniently control the angle of the supporting plate of the reading stand and improves the space efficiency. A reading stand having the angle adjustability and supporting stability comprises: a supporting plate(10) supporting the backside surface of the book; a supporting board(20) supporting the lower part of the book; and a bottom support part(40), a vertical support portion(30), and a lateral support(50) forming the whole frame of the reading stand. In the lateral support, the fixed bar path is formed. The clamp insertion hole is equipped in the bottom of the vertical support portion.
