A fluid on/off valve is provided to check and prevent the frost break of the valve since the fluid on/off valve has a frost break checking window. A fluid on/off valve comprises a valve body(100), a valve(200), a driving part(300), an elastic body, a frost break checking window. The valve is installed inside the valve body and the valve body blocks or opens the flow of the fluid. The driving part is installed at one side of the valve body in order to drive the valve. The elastic body is installed inside the valve body and buffers the volume increment of the fluid. The frost break checking window is installed at one side of the elastic body to check the frost break of the valve.
