A knee protector is provided, which can secure the stable supporting force in the knee joint protection and ambulatory exercise and makes detachment facilitated. A knee protector comprises: a pair support stands(100,200) which are supported in the knee joint; a supporting member(300) which connects a pair of support stand upper end and bottom and supports the backplane of the shin and knee; and a pressure member(400) which is equipped in the center of a pair of support stands and presses the knee joint and maintains the stretched state. The pressure member is fixed through the Velcro tape equipped in both side ends.
