A light emitting diode lamp is provided to prevent previously an abnormal light emitting effect due to foreign materials by sealing a light emitting diode from the outside. A light emitting diode lamp includes a light emitting unit(200), a power supply unit(300), a power connection unit, and a light transmitting window(500). A frame(100) is formed to protect components and to radiate the heat emitted from the light emitting unit to the outside. A heat-radiating plate(400) is formed to absorb the heat generated from the light emitting unit. The frame includes a hollow part for connecting electrically the light emitting unit and the power supply unit with each other. The frame includes a sliding groove and a connective plate. The sliding groove is formed at a groove part and the outside of the hollow part. A connective part is fixed to a lower part of the hollow part.
