A die forging mold processing method of a crane wheel and a die forging mold are provided to increase the precision by giving the excellent training effect to the metal organization of the crane wheel after a forging process step. A die forging mold processing method of a crane wheel comprises: a step of cutting a predetermined base material(ingot) to a cut element of the length unit(S1); a step of heating the cut element by putting into a furnace for the predetermined time(S2); a step of forging pre-form of wheel by inputting the cut element into a pair of die forging mold, facing each other, and pressing with a press(S3); a step of punching a shaft hole, with a punch of the die forging mold, on the center of the wheel forged at the first time(S4); and a step of cutting and processing the wheel at a machine tool(S5). |
