A modularization system for vehicle check having a data arrangement function and a method thereof are provided to manage communications of a diagnosis device and diagnosis data systematically according to each vehicle specification or each vehicle manufacture. A modularization system for vehicle check having a data arrangement function includes a main control part, a display part, a communication port, a data storing part, a vehicle malfunction checker, a main server(200), and a vehicle diagnosis database storing part. The main control part processes a malfunction diagnosis module and a sensor measuring value of a vehicle. The display part indicates the sensor measuring value according to a control signal of the main control part. The communications port communicates with an external device. The main server is connected with the vehicle malfunction checker through data communication. The vehicle diagnosis database storing part is connected to the main server, and stores the measurement data and vehicle data transferred from the vehicle malfunction checker.
