METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING ACK/NACK INFORMATION IN EGPRS SYSTEM

A method for transmitting ACK/NACK information in an EGPRS system is provided to prevent the loss of a data block by verifying an error of PAN filed when using FANR. A method for transmitting ACK/NACK information in an EGPRS system is comprised of the steps: a first data block is received; the second data block including a header, at least one higher data block and PAN field is produced; the PAN field includes a bit map which is status information about the first data block and a verification code for verifying the error of the PAN field; and the second data block is transmitted.
