A radio communication system, a radio base station, and a control method of mobile station are provided to reduce a processing load for determining SG which is the maximum transmitting power ratio between E-DPDCH and E-DPCCH while using message between the existing radio network control device and mobile station, and between radio network device and radio base station. A radio base station(100) includes a storage unit, a selecting unit, and a notifying unit. The storage unit stores the table which is corresponding to the combination of the transmission format of physical data channel that the mobile station transmits and the transmitting power offset which is the offset value of transmitting power of physical data channel that is used for the transmission by the mobile station. The selecting unit selects the transmission power offset corresponding to the combination of the transmission format in the table. The notifying unit notifies a parameter used for determining transmission power ratio to the radio network device based on the combination of the transmission format corresponding to the selected transmission power offset and the selected transmission power offset. The radio network control device includes a receiver, and a parameter notifying unit. The receiver receives a predetermined parameter informed by the notifying unit. The parameter notifying unit including the predetermined parameter received by the receiver, and notifies the parameter used for the control of the transmission power of the mobile station. |
