A dried towel sensing device and a bobbin for dried towel are provided, which increase the use convenience of the automatic wet towel supplying apparatus. A dried towel sensing device comprises: a cutting unit(3) cutting the dried towel supplied from the dried towel receiving chamber to the fixed length; a dried towel loading guide(5) guiding the cut dried towel in the wet towel winding unit(4) from the cutting unit; an injection nozzle(6) installed at the dried towel loading guide; an injection unit(8) which sprays cold and hot water on the dried towel; a first axis supporting part(12) in which the bobbin shaft axis is settled to both sides of the bobbin; and sensing terminals(13,14).
