A tilt angle adjusting device of a solar energy generating apparatus is provided to move a module frame steadily and stand against typhoon or squall by operating both ends of a wire with a winding roller. A pair of winding drum(1110) is installed on the top of a supporting frame(1100) to be faced to a guide roller(1120). The middle portion of a pair of wires(1400) is reeled in the winding drum. The winding drum is connected to a drive motor(1130) with a connection shaft(1131). A pillar bracket is installed inside a pillar(1200) and is located on the same line as a horizontal wire. The guide member having a guide roller is formed at lower end of an extension spring whose one end is fixed to the pillar bracket. The wire is guided to the guide roller and a turn buckle is formed between the wire and a link ring positioned on the top of the winding drum.
