A white board is provided to allow a user to easily write characters along the latticed patterns, prevent glaring phenomenon of the white board, enable the user to erase characters or figures on the glass plate more easily, and fundamentally solve a problem of dropping or loss of the eraser. A white board comprises a glass plate(10), and an outer frame(30). The glass plate is made of a rectangular transparent body. The outer frame surrounds the contour of the glass plate. The glass plate has a sheet paper(20) adhered onto the back side thereof. The sheet paper is formed to the same size as the glass plate. The sheet paper has latticed patterns formed on a front side thereof. The white board further comprises illumination units(40) installed at both edges of the back side of the glass plate. The white board further comprises a plurality of auxiliary glass plates(50) installed at predetermined intervals on back side parts of the glass plate at the inner side of the illumination units.
