A manufacturing method of a metal plate chamber pad is provided to prevent the overload in equipment by manufacturing the metal plate chamber pad in order not to generate edge at the outer shell of the metal plate pad. A manufacturing method of a metal plate chamber pad comprises: a chamber processing using a press die in order not to generate edge, a sharp part, at an outer shell of the metal plate pad. A manufactured metal plate chamber pad(10) cab be triangle, square, and circular. The metal plate chamber pad in which edge is not generated in the outer shell of the metal plate pad is used by welding at an angle axis.
