A method and a device for reducing the irregularity of a color filter are provided to change the side location of ink drops between pixel wells by a controller. A device for reducing the irregularity of a color filter comprises a print head(1002), and a controller. The print head is filled with a plurality of ink drops, formed on a substrate, within a row of a pixel well(1008). Controller varies the size of ink drops filled in the pixel wells by the print head.
