FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: ceramic mass includes keramzite clay and low-strength loam with compression strength after annealing at temperature of 1000C of at least 7.5 MPa, limestone or chalk with specific surface of 280-300 m2/kg, unground granulated blast-furnace slag with fraction of 0-5 mm and crushed sheet glass with specific surface of 280-300 m2/kg at the following ratio of components, wt %: keramzite clay - 22.0-24.0; loam - 43.5-47.0; chalk or limestone with specific surface of 280-300 m2/kg - 20-23; unground granulated blast-furnace slag with fraction of 0-5 mm - 8-11; crushed sheet glass with specific surface of 280-300 m2/kg - 0.5-1.0. ^ EFFECT: broadening of clayey low-melt raw materials resources due to utilisation of off-grade materials and increased crack resistance in drying, without reduction in strength and variation in product colour. ^ 2 tbl |
