A tilting camera apparatus for an automobile is provided to photograph image clearly by preventing contamination of the front of a camera, and secure simple set up. A tilting camera apparatus for an automobile comprises a tilting camera part photographing image by being tilted; a control part controlling the operation of a tilting camera part by the control signal; a control button receiving working signal of the control part; and a display part displaying image taken by the tilting camera part. The tilting camera apparatus comprises a camera(121), an IR(Infrared Ray)(122) on which a plurality of LEDs(Light Emitting Diode), having a hollow into which the camera is inserted; a bracket(123) held in place on the outer surface of a vehicle; and a 'C' shaped combining member(125) whose top end is joined to the IR part through a bolt and both sides is coupled to the bracket through an axle and one side is joined to the bracket through a motor shaft of a motor(124).
