FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to method, device and rotor for medium homogenisation. Invention may be used in all industry fields, where medium homogenisation is required, or mixing of at least two fluid mediums. Preferable application is found for this invention in pulp and paper industry, where different chemicals should be mixed with fibrous suspension. Distinctive criterion of invention is symmetry of homogenisation process implementation in homogenising chamber. At that apart from radial circulating motion, axial circulating symmetric motion is imparted additionally to medium inside homogenising chamber on both sides of axial plane CLP by vanes 48, which are located symmetrically on both sides of axial plane CLP and are inclined to plane created by axis of rotor AR and crossing point between appropriate vane of rotor and axial plane CLP. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing and provision of energy consumption reduction. ^ 34 cl, 6 dwg |
