An M-bar for an assembly structure of a building using a forming device is provided to have optimum conditions for shortening a period of construction and securing economical efficiency by forming a structure through a simple assembling process. An M-bar for an assembly structure of a building using a forming device is formed to have an M-shape by cutting out a hot rolled coil by length and forming with a foaming device, and then bolting to a perforated hole. A structure used for a prefabricated building is formed to have the larger size by joining an M-bar(1) and an M-bar cap(2), or, an M-bar and an M-bar.
