A self-exercise tool is provided, which enables to recover the finger paralyzed due to paralytic or the traffic accident. A self-exercise tool for recovery of the paralyzed finger comprises: a thumb; an exercise tool for the index finger; a body(1) made of the elastic steel sheet in which the width is narrow and which has U-shape; a thumb hooking part(2) which inserts the thumb of a patient in both sides of the upper end of the body; and an index finger hooking part(3) which is formed in order to insert the index finger.
