A financial service system using an electronic document and a service method thereof are provided to simplify a business process for a safekeeping service of documents generated in relation to a foreign exchange financial service, and to obtain real-time effect and reliability of business processing. Customer clients(102/1-102/n) selectively receive financial related services by using service application forms provided by a financial business server. The financial business server provides a service response form provided from a related host to the customer clients as an account processing result, and transmits the service application form and the service response form to an authorized electronic document safekeeping service server(116). The electronic document safekeeping service server stores the service application form and the service response form in an electronic document repository.
