A method for manufacturing the high dispersion calcium lactate is provided to prevent the increase of viscosity by widening the particle area of calcium lactate in the pulverization process, thereby improving yield. A method for manufacturing the high dispersion calcium lactate comprises the steps of mixing calcium lactate 60 ~ 80 weight%, a thickening polysaccharide 3.0 ~ 35.0 weight%, and a PH stabilizer 0.2 ~ 5.0 weight%; adding purified water 60 ~ 80 weight% to 20 ~40 weight% of the mixture; and pulverizing the mixture in a wet mill to an average diameter of 0.1 ~ 10.0 micrometers, thereby pulverizing calcium lactate and coating the pulverized particle simultaneously. |
