PACKING OF ANTIBIOTIC DOXORUBICIN INTO NANO-PARTICLES (CAPSIDS) OF BACTERIPHAGE GA MEMBRAN PROTEIN
摘要
A present invention is related to production of mosaic virus-like particles (VLPs) from recombinant E. coli cells. The mosaic VLPs consist of native RNA bacteriophage GA coat protein (CP) and the recombinant GA CP which is N-terminally extended by the N-terminal fragment of the stromal SDF-1 factor. A method of processing of the mosaic VLPs which ensures packaging of the doxorubicin (DOX) antibiotic into the VLPs is invented. Obtained mosaic DOX-packaged VLPs are intended for use in research in molecular biology, virology, immunology and medicine.
