TRAIN EMERGENCY BRAKING DEVICE

The invention applies to the transport sector and the appropriate use in rail transport. Train emergency braking device contains: an antenna 1 installed at the beginning each block-section; a generator 2, a train-mounted antenna 3; data reception unit 4; a turning angle pickup meter 5, connected to a train wheel axle box 6, distance meter 7, wheel set tyre diameter meter 8, speed meter 9, acceleration meter 10; brake pressure meter 11; brake efficiency meter 12; data storage unit 13 with the additional input for data base programming; the train braking system 14. The device also contains data reception unit 4, which input is connected to the train-mounted satellite communication receiver 15, but output is connected to the object distance detector 16, which is connected to the program braking unit 17, which is connected to a train braking system 14 through the amplifier 18. The program braking unit 17 has parallel inputs connected to the braking way detector 19 and to data storage unit 13, but inputs of braking way detector 19 are in parallel connected to the outputs of brake efficiency meter 12, speed meter 9, distance meter 7 and wheel set tyre diameter meter 8. The generator 2 is connected to each block-section satellite communication receiver 20, whose output connects to the antenna 1 installed at the beginning each block-section which is in connection with the train-mounted antenna 3. Train emergency braking device determines the starting location of block-section by satellite communication receiver 20 installed at the beginning of each block-section and determines train location by the train-mounted satellite communication receiver 15. Object distance detector 16 identifies a distance between the train and the beginning of block-section, but braking way detector 19 determines braking way. Program braking unit 17 evaluates braking way with the distance between the train and the beginning of block-section and actuates train braking system 14 using amplifier 18. Technical efficiency of train emergency braking device is safety increasing of train movement on any railway section. Train emergency braking device allows stopping the train in time before the beginning of a closed block-section by automatic actuation of the emergency brake that prevents collision of trains.
