An X-ray photographing apparatus for dental clinic having an intra-oral sensor is provided to utilize effectively an entire space and to reduce a manufacturing cost by installing an intra-oral sensor thereto. An X-ray photographing apparatus(100) for dental clinic having an intra-oral sensor includes a base(110), a supporting pillar, an elevating member(130), a jaw supporting member(140), a rotary arm supporting member(150), a rotary arm(160), an intra-oral sensor, and an intra-oral sensor keeping case(180). The base supports an entire structure. The supporting pillar is installed on the base. The elevating member is moved vertically to the supporting pillar. The jaw supporting member is connected to a lower part of the elevating member. The rotary arm supporting member is connected at an upper portion of a front side of the elevating member. The rotary arm is supported by a rotary arm supporting member. The rotary arm includes an X-ray light source part(162) and a sensor part(164). The intra-oral sensor keeping case is installed at the rotary arm supporting member in order to keep the intra-oral sensor.
