The proposed is one of the options to save the people trapped in an apartment on fire via an apartment of a lower floor from a window or loggia using an appliance of a prompt response the construction of which in two views is shown in the picture attached. The appliance is made of a light metal; it is collapsible and consists of a two-piece turn-down frame (1, 2); a basket of an elastic, impact absorbing and fireproof reticulate material fastened in the abovementioned frame (3); a vertical support with two controllers of the length (4); a support with a controller of the length (5); a basket support with a damper (6). This appliance may be used by professional rescue services as well as owners of apartments or apartment buildings themselves. |
