An insert mounted on a hole processing tool is provided to improve precision and to adjust a location while improving balance and rigidity of a tool main body by forming a small part of the tool main body. An insert includes a left side(51) and a circumference relief side(52). The left side having a flat shape is formed on the wall surface of an installation sheet(31). The circumference relief side is formed toward an outer side of a diameter direction on a main body. A side facing a front side of a tool rotation direction becomes an inclined surface(54). A peripheral cutting edge is formed on a ridge part of the diameter direction of the main body.
