A filter device for a window type ventilation system is provided to remove harmful material and dust from inhaled outside air effectively through the filter laminate. A filter device for a window type ventilation system comprises a photo-catalytic filter(20), a light source(21), a fan(30), and a filter case(10). The photo-catalytic filter is added with photo-catalytic substance. The light source irradiates light energy to the photo-catalytic filter. The fan is installed on the top of the photo-catalytic filter. In the filter case, the photo-catalytic filter, the light source, and the fan are installed.
