FIELD: electronic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television cameras which work in conditions of complex illumination and/or complex brightness of objects, when in the field of vision there can be strong and weakly illuminated objects and/or objects with sharp difference in brightness at the same time.
