FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for continuous preparation of loose material mixtures and may be used in food, agricultural, chemical and other industries. Centrifugal mixer comprises the following components: vertical body that narrows down, cover with loading nozzle and bearing unit, in which shaft is fixed. On mixer shaft rotor is fixed in the form of plate made of hollow truncated cone with wavy upper edge, which is connected at the bottom by its smaller base to disk. Availability of wavy upper edge of rotor cone provides for higher efficiency of mixing process in crossing flows of loose material, therefore making it possible to considerably increase smoothening ability of device and intensity of mixing without additional energy inputs. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing process in crossing flows of loose material, therefore making it possible to considerably increase smoothening ability of device and intensity of mixing without additional energy inputs. ^ 3 dwg |
