An individual customized web space providing system and a method thereof are provided to use a search window realized on E-mail or a personal homepage, thereby searching a website suitable for specified search standards and providing the searched website. A customized search server(120) requests search to a search server(30) through a network(10) by using a classification keyword corresponding to the classification code of search standard data consisting of the classification code and a primary keyword and the basic keyword of the search standard data as a keyword. The customized search server forms the search window frame and the search result window frame of a webpage format. An individualized web server(110) forms a webpage for expressing received mail information and search window frame. The individualized web server receives the search result window frame from a search server. The individualized web server forms a web page including the received search result window frame.
