FIELD: food industry, tobacco. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology of tobacco offals processing. Method comprises extracting bayberry using liquid carbon dioxide with subsequent separating appropriate miscella; mixing tobacco stuff with nonpolar liquefied gas; extracting and chopping tobacco stuff with pressure of extracted mixture recurrently released to the pressure index lower than index of extractant saturated vapours pressure at a temperature of extracting; separating miscella from oil meal; suspending oil meal in aqueous solution of food acid; adding potable polyatomic alcohol to suspension; moulding, drying suspension to residual humidity 13-15%, cutting suspension, soaking it with gas-liquid tobacco extract and separated CO2-miscella with concurrent pressurising; releasing pressure to the index of atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing soaked carbon dioxide and subliming it with subsequent deriving desired product in residue. ^ EFFECT: reducing technological process duration time and deriving reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties. |
