Ink for forming crack patterns is provided to form crack uniformly by using uniformly the difference opposing with coherence by using cohesive solution and diffusion solution at the same time, and to prevent the separation of the coated metal. Ink for forming crack patterns is prepared by mixing cohesive solution and diffusion solution in a ratio(volume %) of 1: 2-2:1. The cohesive solution comprises epoxy resin 50-78 weight%, silicon oil 20-40 weight%, antifoaming agent 0.1-0.5 weight%, epoxy-, acryl- or vinyl-based silane coupling agent 0.1-0.8 weight%, and manganese 0.5-2 weight%. The diffusion solution comprises vinyl chloride resin 10-40 weight%; oil varnish, enamel paint, silver color enamel, aluminum paint, phenol resin varnish, phenol resin enamel, phthalic acid resin enamel or phthalic acid resin varnish 60-85 weight%; an antifoaming agent 0.1-0.5 weight%; an epoxy-, acryl- or vinyl-based silane coupling agent 0.1-0.5 weight%; a slipping agent 0.3-1 weight%; silicon oil 1-3 weight%; tocopherol, sesamum indicum, zingiberis Rhizoma crudus, cotton seed, capsicum annuum, gallic acid, amino acid or hydroxy acid 1-3 weight%; and thixotropic agent 2-5 weight%. |
