A manufacturing method of fiber using near infrared rays and an apparatus therefor are provided to give radiation property on the fiber or a fiber protection property without damage of a product while maintaining tactility of natural fiber. A manufacturing method of fiber using near infrared rays comprises a step for stimulating fiber textile passing through a vibration chamber(110) having at least one tuning sound wave vibrator by offering low-frequency vibration, and a step for irradiating the near infrared rays in a wavelength of 680- 980 nm on the fiber textile passing through an irradiation chamber, having a plurality of light emitting units which are arranged on a discharge side of the vibration chamber at a constant interval. |
