A leakage test system of an oil storage tank is provided to prevent the damage of an elastic rubber piece by laminating a hard rubber layer and a soft rubber layer at both sides of a ring-type elastic rubber piece of a pipe closing unit. A leakage test system of an oil storage tank is composed of a pipe closing unit(1400) for closing a pipe, a pressed fluid generating unit(1300) providing a pressed fluid to the inside of the oil storage tank, a temperature sensor(1200) which is mounted on the specific pipe closing unit to detect the temperature within the oil storage tank, and a detection recording unit(1100) indicating the detected temperature. A bolt member of the pipe closing unit is successively combined to a ring-type elastic rubber piece and a ring type pressing unit. The pipe closing unit is composed of a hard rubber layer and a soft rubber layer. Piezoelectric resistance pressure sensors are formed in the detection recording unit.
