COMPOSITION FOR WATER DISPERSION WITH ENHANCED LOW TEMPERATURE STABILITY AND POLYMER PREPARED THEREFROM

A composition for water-dispersible polymerization is provided to ensure excellent low temperature stability, to maintain excellent transparency at high neutralization viscosity, and to be used as a thickening agent, emulsifier, suspending agent. A composition for water-dispersible polymerization comprises a monomer for water-dispersible polymerization; a negative ionic surfactant represented by chemical formula 1 wherein X is an anionic group; a reactive surfactant mixed with a non-ionic surfactant represented by chemical formula 1 wherein X is a non-ionic group. In chemical formula 1, R1 is H or CH3; R2 is C10~C30 alkyl group; R3 is C1~C6 alkylene group; X is an anionic group selected from SO3Na, SO3H, PO3H2 and SO3NH4 or a non-ionic group selected from H and C1~C6 alkyl group; and n is an integer of 10~60.
