<p>A motor control device, in which the temperature of a heat source generating heat when the motor control device is driven can be moderated, and of which the size can be miniaturized and the cost can be lowered. In the motor control device, a power semiconductor module (2) firmly fitted to a heat sink (1) is mounted on a board (4), and a fan (6) is secured to the heat sink (1) through a fan case (8). A bell mouth (1c) and an arcuate guide (1h) are formed on the fin (1g) portions of the heat sink (1). The heat-dissipating capacity of the fins (1g) can be improved by effectively utilizing the wind from the fan (6).</p> |
