A current driver device is provided to write a low current at high speed by compensating charge of parasitic capacitance at a driven circuit. A first current source(14) supplies a data current corresponding to a data signal, and a second current source comprises a differential circuit(17) producing a differential value of the voltage of a data line. The second current source supplies a boost current of the current value according to the differential value to the data line while being an equivalent circuit of negative capacitance of the driven circuit capacitance.
