A probe for Kelvin test is provided to facilitate setting and a manufacture by protrusively forming a probe tip of a plunger with a square columnar shape. A plunger(10) has a square columnar shape in which a eccentric probe part in contact with a lead is formed. A barrel(30) of the square columnar shape with both open sides receives the lower part of the plunger. An elastic spring(20) is received inside a barrel. A contact pin(40) is combined in the lower part of the barrel. A restricting member restricts the vertical movement of the plunger. The restricting member is comprised of a depression part(12a) in both sides of the plunger and a bent part(32) pressing and bending the barrel inward.
