A 3-dimensional solid image display device of a lenticular mode is provided to perform high precision alignment of a lens array panel(parallax barrier panel or lenticular panel) and a display panel easily. A 3-dimensional solid image display device of a lenticular mode comprises a display panel, a lens array panel(20), a first align mark(15), and second align marks(16a,16b,16c,16d). The display panel displays an image. The lens array panel implements a three-dimensional image by being assembled with the display panel. The first align mark is formed on the edge girth of the display panel so as to align lenses inclination angle formed in the lens array panel. The second align marks are formed for vertical and horizontal alignment of the lens array panel and display panel.
