A composition of brazing flux is provided to ensure low viscosity useful for parts of a heat exchanger, especially, a bent tube without disadvantages generated by synthetic resin, and to reduce the consumption of fluoride-based flux due to low concentration. A composition of brazing flux to be used for brazing parts of a heat exchanger in an automotive industry comprises a mixture of hexylene glycol-based solvent and fluorinated flux. The amount of the fluorinated flux is 25-65 weight% of mixture. A method for manufacturing a bent tube(10) of a heat exchanger comprises the steps of: contacting a first tube part(20) with a second tube part(22) in a contact zone; brazing the first tube part and the second tube part by using brazing material and brazing flux.
