A vibration excavation drill is provided to improve excavation work efficiency and to deepen drilling depth because vibration and drilling work are performed at the same time. A vibration excavation drill comprises a guide rail, a bracket which is installed in one side of the guide rail or is installed in a boom of an excavator, and a head unit which is installed in the guide rail and permitted to slide. The head unit comprises a head frame(21) which is installed in the guide rail and permitted to slide, a driving shaft(22) which is installed in the head frame and permitted to rotate and wherein a rod for drilling is connected, a driving means for being installed at the head frame and rotating the driving shaft, a vibrator(40) for being installed at the head frame and vibrating the driving shaft connected with the load in the vertical direction, and a pressurization unit(50) in which the vibration of vibrator is transmitted to the load.
