A mobile communication terminal having a camera module is provided to prevent the replication of the camera module by inserting/decoding an encryption code when the I2C communication method is used for the communication between an image processor and a controller. A charge coupled device(304) converts the light of a photographed subject into the first image data. An image signal processor(306) receives the first image data and then converts it into the second image data. An encryption code inserting/decoding part(310) decodes an encryption code, inserts a different encryption code into a response signal, transmits it and then transmits the second control signal according to the third control signal.
